Bajaj Auto has launched the Bajaj Pulsar 150 Twin
Disc variant at INR 78,016, ex-showroom, Delhi. The brand will continue selling
the single disc variant alongside.
Apart from disc brakes at the front (260 mm) and
rear (230 mm), the bike gets upgrades to improve its dynamics as well. The
motorcycle comes with new paint scheme and graphics; split seats and split grab
rails. Three colour options are available- Black Blue, Black Red and Black
Chrome. Bajaj says the bike has a longer wheelbase than the previous generation
motorcycle and that there is a significant improvement in the NVH (Noise
Vibration Harshness) levels.
The Bajaj Pulsar 150 Twin Disc variant continues to
use the 149.5 cc DTS-I engine. It is good for 14 PS of power and 13.4 Nm of
torque. The motorcycle rides on fatter 37 mm front fork, and twin Nitrox shock
absorbers. ABS is not available even as an option. The bike competes with the
newly introduced Honda X-Blade and TVS Apache RTR 160 White Race Edition.
