Subaru has announced some details on the 2019 WRX
and WRX STI models including power output and pricing. The base WRX will start
at US$ 27,195 and packs a 268 hp 2.0L turbo four under the hood. The standard
transmission is a 6-speed manual, but a CVT is offered.
WRX Premium starts at US$ 29,495 with a 6-speed and a
Performance Package is offered on the 6-speed only with Recaro seats and more
for another US$ 2,050. Subaru will make 750 WRX Premium Series.Gray vehicles
swathed in black trim and cool gray khaki paint for US$ 32,595. WRX Limited is US$ 31,795.
WRX STI for 2019 makes 310 hp and starts at US$ 36,595.
A WRX STI Series.Gray model will be made with the same features as the WRX
version stickering at US$ 39,695. All WRX models with CVT get EyeSight standard
and all models get upgraded infotainment with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
