The new Suzuki Swift Sport is about to arrive in the
UK, and to celebrate the occasion, the Japanese company has launched a price
offer of £ 16,499. The launch offer includes a £ 1,500 saving off list
price.
The hot Suzuki Swift arrives on June 1 with a comprehensive list of
standard equipment that includes model-specific touches like semi bucket seats,
red accents on the dash and console, an infotainment system with navigation and
Bluetooth, and more.
Power comes from Suzuki’s turbocharged 1.4-liter
Boosterjet engine that makes 138 hp and 230 Nm. The new
engine offers 44 percent more peak torque than its naturally aspirated
predecessor, available from just 2,500 rpm. Combine this with a kerb weight of
975 kg, and the new Suzuki Swift Sport can hit 100 km/h from
a standstill in 8.1 seconds and top out at 209 km/h.
The new, lighter and stiffer architecture of the
Swift Sport is further enhanced with high-performance Monroe dampers and bigger
brakes, while a set of 17-inch polished alloy wheels is standard fit. In
addition, the new Suzuki Swift Sport comes with an advanced collision
mitigation system, as well as a lane departure warning and prevention system.
The launch offer is now available to both new and
