The 2019 Skoda Fabia is up for grabs in the United Kingdom, with deliveries expected to commence in September. Pricing starts at £ 11,160 (US$ 14,908) for the entry-level ‘S’ grade, which is powered by a 1.0-liter MPI engine that pushes out 60 PS.

Next up is a version of the same powertrain rated at 75 PS, while those looking for a punchier engine will have to upgrade to the two TSIs, which generate 95 PS and 110 PS respectively.

Skoda says that both TSI units come with a petrol particulate filter, and the 110 PS one can be ordered with a dual-clutch seven-speed DSG automatic gearbox as an option.

Standard equipment across the lineup includes LED DRLs, Front Assist and Multifunction trip computer. The SE trim level adds front fog lamps, Cygnus 15-inch alloy wheels, Radio Swing Plus and auto up/down function for the electric windows, while the new Color Edition brings 16-inch Vigo alloy wheels, with a white, silver or black look.

The 2019 Fabia SE L estate starts at £ 17,950 (US$ 23,979) and benefits from 16-inch Evora alloy rims, lighting in the front center console, Amundsen sat-nav and infotainment online with a one-year free subscription.

Skoda is keeping the Monte Carlo trim around as well. This comes with an exterior styling package, LED taillights, new seat upholstery and climate control as standard. Those looking to spec their Fabia with extras can order the LED headlights (£ 960), Monte Carlo-only 18-inch alloys (£ 600) and Blind Spot Detection with Rear Traffic Alert (£ 390).
