Whether you opt for the Pure or the Legende version
of the Alpine A110, you’re still getting an aluminum chassis and frame, a
mid-mounted 252 PS 1.8-liter turbocharged engine, and front and rear
double-wishbone suspension. Both Pure and Legende models share the same
technical characteristics as the A110 Premiere Edition, which has long been
sold out, with UK deliveries commencing this summer.
The Pure version, which kicks off from £ 46,905 OTR,
represents a more driver-orientated approach, as opposed to the Legende. It has
13.1 kg Sabelt monocoque seats and 17-inch light-alloy wheels,
resulting in a curb weight of just 1,098 kg. Inside, it boasts
leather-trimmed seats and a matte carbon fiber casing, as well as air
conditioning, sat-nav, smartphone replication and front and rear LED lighting.
UK buyers can then add optional extras such as
Brembo brakes, active sport exhaust, luxury 6-way adjustable seats, two
different Focal audio systems, park assist with parking camera and 18-inch
alloys with two different designs.
As for the A110 Legende, it’s meant to be a more
sophisticated and refined version of the car. It already comes standard with
six-way adjustable seats in black or brown leather, a Focal audio system,
high-gloss carbon fiber passenger compartment and 18-inch alloys.
Meanwhile, its specific two-tone ‘Legende’ wheels
pay tribute to the original motif of the A110 Berlinette 1600S, while two other
18-inch wheels are available as optional extras. Like the Pure, the £ 50,805
A110 Legende also has air conditioning, sat-nav, smartphone replication and
front and rear LED lighting. However, this version’s standard features can be
bolstered by the addition of a Focal Premium audio system, an active sport
exhaust system and heated seats.
Customers can order either of the two models in
three new body colors: Blanc Irisé (Iridescent white), Blue Abysse (Abyss
Blue), Gris Tonnerre (Thunder Grey). This pallet also holds Blue Alpine (Alpine
Blue) and Noir Profond (Deep Black), which are already offered on the Premiere
Edition A110.
