Following the world debut of the Ferrari 488 Pista in Geneva this spring, the Italian supercar is now showcased in its first bespoke edition. Created by the brand’s exclusive Tailor Made program, the one-of-one Ferrari 488 Pista celebrates the 24 Hours of Le Mans and “the success of clients who race Ferraris“, in the manufacturer’s own words.

Inspired by the AF Corse’s #51 car, driven by Alessandro Pier Guidi and James Calado who won the 2017 FIA WEC Drivers’ and Manufacturers’ titles, the one-off model features a new livery and stripes in the color of the Italian flag.

The logo of the championship adorns its exterior, along with the word ‘Pro’, which indicates at the racer’s class, and the number 51. The unique Ferrari 488 Pista has a matte black S-duct and ‘dovetail’ suspended rear spoiler and vent surrounds made from carbon fiber.

Opening the door reveals black Alcantara upholstery, an exclusive identification plate, sill trim in carbon fiber, the Italian flag on the edge of the gearshift paddles and seats, and floor mats and carpeting made from a special fabric.

Ferrari will offer these extra bits on a special edition aimed specifically at the company’s customers involved in the company’s motorsports programs. The new 488 Pista will be available in four different colors: Rosso Corsa, Bu Tour De France, Nero Daytona and Argento Nurburgring. Buyers will get to spec it with their personal race numbers too.

The turbocharged 3.9-liter V8 engine remains untouched. But with 720 PS and 770 Nm of torque produced, it’s not like it needs more power. Ferrari claims 2.85 sec needed for the 0-100 km/h run, and a top speed in excess of 340 km/h.
