A custom 2018 Suzuki Swift with
an elaborate body kit has surfaced on Facebook. The build is credited to the
Thailand-based firm Caroline Corporation that manufactures Zercon body kits
such as the one we see here.
The front and rear bumpers and sides get black
add-ons along with red highlights. Wheel arches get thick black cladding
mimicking the look of the Mini Cooper hatchback. Front bumper extensions get
LED pilot lamps. The rear bumper gets twin faux tailpipes. The Suzuki Swift
seen here receives the Pure White Pearl shade. The custom job adds a black roof
and red ORVMs.
The lack of fog lamps and LED projector headlamps
and the presence of LED DRLs on the bumper suggests that the modified Swift is
based on the GL grade. 10-spoke alloy wheels with low-profile tires and a red
inner rim round off the changes made to the exterior of the Suzuki Swift.
Changes to the interior, if any, have not been
specified. In its stock form, the Suzuki Swift GL does not come with a 2-DIN
audio system and not a touchscreen unit. The Facebook post does not mention any
under the hood modifications.
In the Thai market, the Suzuki Swift is sold with a
1.2 L K12M petrol engine developing 83 PS at 6,000 rpm and 108 Nm at 4,400 rpm.
As per the brochure shared on their official website, a CVT is the sole
transmission option on offer. It is priced at THB 536,000 for the base GL grade.
