Of all the racing liveries out there, arguably the
best looking is the light blue and orange Gulf livery. Ford is celebrating that
livery. This 2019 GT Heritage Edition is meant to pay tribute to the GT40 races
that won Le Mans between 1966 and 1969. Other than the cool colors on the
outside of the car, it also gets some nice interior bits.
The car has exposed carbon fiber A-pillars, silver
mirror caps, and 20-inch high-gloss dark gray wheels. The car also gets orange
Brembo brake calipers. Inside the car has Ebony Alcantara with contrasting
orange and blue stitching.
The seats are embossed to look like those found in
the 1968 Le Mans racer. The Heritage Edition will have a unique identification
plaque. The special edition will be offered for two years or when 1,000 units
have been made. The 2019 Heritage Edition cars get number 9 graphics on the
hood and doors with the 2020 models getting number 6 graphics.
