The sixth-generation Ford Mustang is an undeniably
impressive machine. After all, it is the world’s best selling sports car.
However, if there’s one aspect of the Mustang which could be improved upon, it
would be the interior.
While pretty nice as is, even more plush materials
would be welcome – thankfully though, Neidfaktor has the answer. The interior
specialist got its hands on a new Mustang recently and set about making it that
little more impressive. The results may not be to everyone’s taste, but they undeniably add
an element of style and exclusivity to this particular pony car.
Neidfaktor’s most prominent alterations to the car’s
cabin come in the form of numerous black Alcantara elements, particularly along
the transmission tunnel and on the top of the dashboard. For performance cars,
Alcantara is becoming the norm and can instantly make a vehicle feel that
little more luxurious and sporty.
Yet, the custom touches don’t end here. For example,
the air vent surrounds are finished in bright orange, as are the gauges,
cupholders, and transmission boot. Rounding out the unique components are a
number of carbon fiber touches and orange contrast stitching.
Neidfaktor says that these alterations are priced
from between 4,500 euros (US$ 5,265) and 5,500 euros (US$ 6,435). While that’s not
exactly cheap, in this industry, you always have to pay when it comes to better
quality materials.
