Nissan has announced another special edition of the
Navara pickup truck, called the N-Guard. The new addition to the Navara’s range
is designed to make the popular Nissan truck more appealing to customers,
offering plenty of kit and a unique appearance package.
Based on the range-topping Tekna trim level, the new
Nissan Navara N-Guard gets a front grille, fog lamp surrounds, mirror covers,
door handles and rear bumper, all finished in black.The company has also added
a set of matching side steps, roof rails, darkened headlights and a sunroof,
along with model-specific 18-inch alloy wheels.
Customers will get to choose between three available
exterior color options: Twilight Grey, Metallic Black and Storm White. The
N-Guard’s unique appearance is complimented by a set of decals on the sides. The cabin has also received a
range of refinements; these include leather and cloth seats restyled with a
dark grey and yellow design, yellow double stitching, as well as special floor
mats.
Standard equipment includes headlamp washers, Hill
Start Assist, Hill Descent Control, Intelligent Emergency Braking and
Intelligent Around View Monitor and more. The only option for the new Nissan
Navara N-Guard is a rear limited-slip differential.
Power comes from Nissan’s 2.3-liter dCi diesel
engine with 190 PS, which is offered with either a manual or an
automatic transmission. Prices for the new Nissan Navara N-Guard start from £ 28,075
(excluding VAT) for the manual and from £ 29,525 (excluding VAT) for the
automatic version. The new special
version of Nissan’s pickup truck will make its debut at the Hannover Motor
Show.
