S.R Tranzcars, the authorised Tata Motors dealer in
Coimbatore, has showcased a one-off Tata Nexon at its showroom. Dubbed as the
Tata Nexon Rose Gold Edition, inspired by the fad for Rose Gold smart devices,
it sports a bespoke colour scheme for its exterior and interior.
As is evident from the name, the customized Nexon
features a rose gold treatment. The
front-end is characterized by a gloss black paint finish for the honeycomb
grille, lower air dam, and fog lamp housings and the dark shade been extended
to the front badge and the foglamps.
In the side profile, the Tata Nexon Rose Gold
Edition gets a black paint finish on the multi-spoke alloy wheels, ORVM
housings, and roof rails. The beltline and the roof get a darker shade of rose
gold.
Inside, the modified sub-4-metre SUV sports a
dual-tone scheme with a gloss black trim. Apart from these cosmetic changes,
the Tata Nexon Rose Gold Edition doesn't carry any other updates. Details
concerning the cost of the modifications aren't available at the moment.
The Tata Nexon is available in a price range of Rs
6.16 lakh - 10.59 lakh and comes in two engine variants - 1.2-litre
turbo-petrol and 1.5-litre turbo diesel. Both motors output a maximum power of
110 PS and get two transmission choices- 6-speed manual and 6-speed AMT. There
are five trims on offer – XE, XM, XT, XZ, and XZ-Plus.
Standard colour choices include - Etna Orange,
Vermont Red, Moroccan Blue, Seattle Silver, Glasgow Grey and Calgary White. The
XZ and XZ+ trims get two roof options - Sonic Silver and Ivory White - on
select paint schemes.
