Bulleteer Customs have revealed their latest
creation, and it is called Yaksang. Just like every other customised motorcycle
that rolls out from their garage, the Yaksang also gets a complete makeover in
the form of hand-built bodywork. At the front is a projector headlight that features all-black
housing. Above is a compact instrument console that gets a chrome surround.
Another custom element to the front includes the dual-tone front fender that
sits above the tyre. The motorcycle rides on alloy wheels that are wrapped in
MRF tyres.
The red & black paint scheme is carried on the
entire bodywork. The fuel tank features red paint on the sides and black in the
centre, along with the chrome, fuel filler cap. Behind the fuel tank is a
ribbed, rider-only saddle that adds to the retro charm of the motorcycle.
Bulleteer Customs' logo and “Carbon SS” tag occupies the side panels. At the
rear, too, is a custom built rear fender that also holds a compact, aftermarket
tail light. Do notice that the alloy wheel spokes at the rear are thicker than
those at the front, lending a beefier look to the back.
The exhaust pipes are wrapped in heat wrap while the
canister is coloured black with chrome tips at the rear. The motorcycle also features revised
ergonomics with ape hanger handlebar and forward set footpegs. The bike
continues to feature a conventional, telescopic front suspension at the front
while at the rear is a twin-sided shock absorber. The rear springs get a chrome
finish that adds a bit more contrast to the overall design.
The front blinkers are integrated into the handlebar
while the rear turn indicators are placed under the seat. Mechanical specifications depend
on the donor bike, and this custom modification can be applied to both, 350 and
500 cc Royal Enfield motorcycles. The 350 cc air-cooled engine on the standard
bike delivers 19 hp and 28 Nm of torque. The 499 cc engine single cylinder,
air-cooled engine, delivers maximum power output of 27.2 hp and 41.3 Nm of peak
torque in stock form. Both motors come paired to a five-speed transmission.
Disc brakes on both ends provide stopping power.
