Three heavily
customized VW Jettas will be on display during this year’s SEMA Show in Las
Vegas, with visitors encouraged to check them out between October 30th and
November 2nd.
V-Dub enthusiast
Jamie Orr has taken a six-speed manual Jetta S and lowered it on KW Clubsport
coil-overs, which feature remote reservoirs and three-way adjustable damping.
He then added a set of 20-inch Work Emotion T5R 2P wheels wrapped in Delinte
DS8 tires, ECS Tuning brake rotors with Brembo six-piston calipers up front,
and Golf R calipers at the rear.
Further mods
include the ECS Tuning 3D-printed prototype body kit, a high-rise rear spoiler,
Black Forest Industries color-matched shift knob and boot, and Recaro A8 seats
(reupholstered in houndstooth style material).
This Jetta R-Line
has been lowered thanks to H&R’s Street Performance coil overs and Trak+
wheel spacers, while its 19 x 8.5-inch Rotiform BUC wheels have been wrapped in
Pirelli P Zero rubber, working alongside the upgraded brake calipers.
Also present is the
Air Design USA body kit, which includes a high-rise rear spoiler and Sticky
Jewel graphics. Other mods include custom floor mats, a MuddyBuddy trunk liner,
rear bumper protection and pop-in sunshades.
This particular
Jetta was inspired by Jetta/Golf accessories from the 1980s and 90s, boasting
retro 19-inch TSW Hockenheim S wheels, an Air Design USA body kit with a rear
lip spoiler, vintage tri-color graphics, and a roof-mounted bicycle. Meanwhile,
its lowered stance comes courtesy of its EIBACH progressive rate lowering
springs, which are joined by performance brake calipers.
Inside, you’ll find
two-tone custom cognac and black seating surfaces with matching door panels and
steering wheel, plus a full suite of VW comfort and protection accessories,
similar to those on the H&R Special Springs Jetta.
