Brabus have announced a new limited edition SUV, the
Brabus 700 4×4² which is based on the Mercedes G63 and the car comes with an
impressive 700 horsepower. The new Brabus 700 4×4² will
cost € 209,000 and just 10 cars will be made and it will come with a 0 to 62
miles per hour time of just 5 seconds.
To give the vehicle outstanding off-road
capabilities, the base vehicle was converted to portal axles, which in concert
with the multi-adjustable BRABUS special suspension provide a tremendous 60
centimeters of ground clearance and excellent front and rear axle articulation.
This special model is powered by a 5.5-liter
twin-turbo V8 engine fitted with a BRABUS performance upgrade that bumps power
output to 700 hp and torque to 960 Nm. Thus
powered, the tuned off-roader sprints from rest to 100 km/h in just
5.0 seconds. The top speed is electronically limited to 210 km/h due
to the all-out off-road tires.
