MG Motor is making sure its
customers can purchase new accessories packs for their ZS, GS and MG3 models
well into the new year. ZS and GS owners can opt for the Protection Pack until March 31st,
for just £ 139.99 (US$ 176). This means you’ll be adding front and rear fabric
mats, front and rear mud guards and a rear loadspace liner to your reasonably
priced car.
Also available until the end of March is the
Adventure Pack (£ 499/Ua$ 630), aimed exclusively at the new MG3. This includes a
tow bar with electrics pack, roof bars, front and rear rubber mats and a boot
liner. This one is aimed at customers who tend to put their car through its
paces more so than usual.
Right now, UK buyers can purchase the entry-level
MG3 hatchback from just £ 9,495 (US$ 11,995), which lands you a 1.5-liter
naturally-aspirated petrol engine, good for 106 PS and 137 Nm of torque. Meanwhile, the ZS and GS crossovers are priced from £ 12,495
(US$ 15,785) and £ 15,095 (US$ 19,069) respectively.
The entry-level version of the ZS is powered by the
same engine you get in the MG3, whereas the GS uses a turbocharged 1.5-liter
unit, with 166 PS and 250 Nm of torque.
