The new Black Edition and Vorsprung optional
packages are now available by Audi for practically its entire UK range. Building on the S Line sports
specification, the Black Edition can be ordered for the A3, S3, A4, A5, Q2, Q5,
Q7 and TT, with prices ranging between £ 26,845 and £ 67,295.
Audi says that in the A5 Coupe, A5 Sportback, Q2 and
Q5, it adds matte or gloss titanium black finish to the grille surround, air
inlets, side mirror casings and rear diffuser. The Black Edition also brings
rear privacy glass and 19- or 20-inch glossy black alloy wheels, depending on
the model, as well as dark-finished elements inside and a flat-bottomed
steering wheel.
The more premium Vorsprung package can be specced to
the A5, A7, Q3, Q5, Q7 and Q8. Audi’s Vorsprung models start from £ 42,040 for the Q3 and go all the way up to at least £ 83,040 for the Q8.
Added gear includes Matrix LED headlights and 20-,
21- or 22-inch alloy wheels in matte grey or matte titanium. Moreover, the A5,
A7 and Q5 get adaptive comfort suspension with damper control, whereas the Q7
and Q8 adopt the adaptive air suspension from the S Line models.
A wide range of driving assistance features, as well
as electrically-operated boot lids and panoramic sunroofs or, depending on the
model, Bose or Bang & Olufsen sound system, extended leather pack,
Alcantara headlining, power door closure and rear heated seats are also offered.
