While it’s doubtful that any Urus owner will venture off the beaten track and attempt to do some serious off-roading, Lamborghini is offering a new pack that’s aimed at exactly that. The ‘Off-Road Package’ is, well, self-explanatory and was detailed on film by the automaker, along with other features.

Visually, the SUV stands out thanks to the steel reinforcement on the bumpers and brushed steel tailpipes. By selecting this option, the Urus has a maximum ground clearance of up to 248 mm, 35 mm more than the stock model. In the highest position, it has approach and departure angles of 27.9 and 28.3 degrees, respectively, up from 20.3 and 26.8 degrees. This allows it tackle steeper slopes and go over some serious obstacles if needed.

The Terra and Sabbia driving modes increase traction on slippery surfaces such as grass, mud or sand, whereas Neve is ideal for driving on ice and snow. These three are ideal for tackling off-road terrain, while on tarmac owners can shift between the Standard, Sport and Corsa modes.

Ensuring good visibility is the ‘Washing Package’. This feature sprinkles the windshield, headlights and reversing camera, and is supposed to reduce washer fluid consumption compared to models that don’t have it.
