The 2019 Maruti WagonR CNG’s launch is just around
the corner. Its prices will
start at INR 4.84 lakh (ex-showroom New Delhi). Maruti Suzuki will sell the 2019
WagonR CNG with only the K10B 1.0-litre three-cylinder petrol engine, which
produces 68 PS at 5,500 rpm and 90 Nm of torque at 3,500 rpm in the
2019 WagonR. The maximum power and maximum torque delivered by the engine would
have an impact when running on CNG, but we don’t know by how much yet.
Maruti Suzuki won’t offer a 5-speed automated manual
transmission in the 2019 WagonR CNG. So, a standard 5-speed manual transmission
will send power to the wheels. The company offers the petrol model in LXI, LXI
(O), VXI, VXI (O) and ZXI grades. It will offer the petrol-CNG model in only
the LXI and LXI (O) grades.
The LXI grade of the petrol model features
body-coloured bumpers, dual-tone interior, front power windows with driver-side
auto-down function, driver airbag, ABS with EBD, front SBR, speed alert system
and rear parking sensors. The LXI (O) grade adds a passenger airbag and seat
belt pre-tensioner and force limiters (front).
The 2019 Maruti WagonR CNG will cost INR 4.84 lakh
(ex-showroom Delhi) in the LXI grade and INR 4.89 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi) in
the LXI (O) grade. Exterior colour choices will include white, silver and grey.
The petrol model is available in orange, brown and blue colours as well.
