PT Mitsubishi Motor Krama Yudha Sales Indonesia
(MMKSI) officially released Xpander Limited on the first day of the Indonesia
International Motor Show (IIMS) on Thursday. This model was released as an
appreciation of the acceptance and achievement of good sales from the
community.
President Director of PT MMKSI Naoya Nakamura, said
Xpander had achieved the fastest retail sales of 100,000 units in the low multi
purpose vehicle (LMPV) class in just 18 months. "This achievement is
thanks to the excellent support and public acceptance of this product. For
this, MMKSI wants to show its best appreciation by launching Xpander
Limited," Nakamura said at IIMS 2019.
In terms of design there is no difference with
conventional Xpander, it's just that there are some new ornaments as special
edition markers. The main highlight for the development of Xpander Limited is
on the comfort and luxury of the interior with a sporty seat cover, decal
ornament, exclusive limited ID, and scuff plate.
As for the exterior, Xpander Limited is equipped
with an aero kit, mirror cover decal, door handle protector, fuel id gardnish,
engine hood emblem, and limited edition emblem. "We launch Xpander
Limited as the name implies, so it's limited. We only provide 1,000 units and
can be ordered now," said MMKSI Director of Sales & Marketing Division
Irwan Kuncoro.
Xpander Limited is presented using the Ultimate
version and is only available in one color, white pearl only. While for the
price, it is marketed at IDR 276.6 million.
