Revolt Intellicorp’s first product, an Artificial
Intelligence-enabled electric motorcycle, has been spied for the first time.
The bike would be launched by June 2019. The first spy photographs of the
motorcycle reveal its naked roadster styling along with several hardware
features. For fascia, comprises projector style, vertically
stacked headlight with LED DRLs on the sides. A pair of LED blinkers accompany
the headlamp. The fascia is followed by the cockpit that includes a fully
digital display. Do note that the upcoming electric motorcycle would feature
LTE connectivity via a SIM card that would enable smart functions.
Steering duties are performed by single-piece
handlebar that resembles the unit on the KTM Duke range of motorcycles. Expect
upright ergonomics for better comfort. The rear-view mirrors get the standard
design. The battery pack and motor are placed behind the fibre panels, and
the final product is likely to retain this layout. Revolt Intellicorp has said
that it will use imported battery pack and the motor. The in-house team will
develop the Battery Management System and Electronic Control Unit for the
motorcycle. The electric bike is claimed to have a top speed of 85 km/h and a
range of over 150 km. Revolt Intellicorp will install a charging infrastructure
across Delhi-NCR, where it plans to sell this model first.
The saddle gets a single piece design instead of a
split finish. It looks large enough to accommodate two adults comfortably. The
pillion grab rail gets a brushed aluminium finish and a compact design. The
rear of the motorcycle is not visible in the photographs, but it would be safe
to assume that it gets LED tail lamp and blinkers.
The battery-powered motorcycle features upside-down
telescopic forks at the front and a monoshock suspension at the rear to perform
the shock absorption tasks. Anchoring tasks are performed by disc brakes on
both ends. The safety net of ABS would be standard.
