Brabus has just come out with two limited edition Mercedes-AMG G63 models, powered by the same 4.0-liter twin turbocharged V8 engine. The Brabus Black Ops 800 and Shadow 800 each pack 789 HP and 1,000 Nm of torque, and are available in a limited run of just 10 units per version. Pricing for the Black Ops 800 kicks off at € 275,055, whereas the Shadow 800 costs at least € 327,621.

The Black Ops 800 made its debut on Sylt Island in the North Sea, as part of the Brabus VIP Summer Tour 2019. It was designed with an all-black glossy finish, with body elements and wheel spoke stripes painted red to match the interior.

Responsible for its wide stance is of course the Brabus Widestar body kit, which adds a full 10 cm in width. It consists of fender flares, new front and rear fascias, two red struts in the radiator grille, hood scoop, additional LED lighting units and more. You also get 23-inch forged Brabus Monoblock F ‘Black Platinum Special Edition’ wheels, fitted with a ‘Black Platinum’ badge on the outer flange.

Meanwhile, the interior features a special “1 of 10” badge on the passenger side grab handle, dark grey leather, black elements, red contrast stitching and piping, embossed Brabus logos on the black horizontal stripes of the seats and seat center sections, aluminum pedals and door-lock pins and bespoke naked carbon faceplates.

As for performance, the previously mentioned 789 HP 4.0-liter twin turbo V8 can get you from zero to 100 km/h in just 4.1 seconds, while the top speed is electronically limited to 240 km/h. Of course, there’s also a custom exhaust system that lets you keep the soundtrack either subtle or more rowdy.

The Brabus Shadow 800 will be unveiled at Top Marques Monaco, along with the tuner’s latest exclusive boat, which actually serves as inspiration for the exterior color scheme of the limited edition SUV. It comes with a special Gunmetal Grey paint finish, glossy black Widestar bits (such as the fender flares, front and rear fascia etc), carefully placed naked-carbon elements (like the grille surround, hood scoop, side sections of the roof spoiler and center section of the wheel cover) and the same wheels as the Black Ops 800.

Inside, there is a combination of black, light grey and red leather, not to mention Alcantara, plus select naked carbon elements. Performance-wise, it has the exact same specs as the Black Ops 800.
