More spy images of the 2019 Suzuki Gixxer 155 (Facelift) have emerged ahead of the India launch of the motorcycle. The new spy photograph captures the styling of the Gixxer 155 Facelift. The Gixxer 155 (Facelift) gets dual-tone paint. The front features an all-new design for the headlight. Unlike the outgoing model, the Facelift packs a full LED headlamp, which enhances the premium looks of the motorcycle. The blinkers, however, are conventional units with clear covers and orange bulbs.

The naked roadster will share its instrument console with the recently launched, full-faired Gixxer SF (155). The ergonomics on the 2019 Suzuki Gixxer 155 (Facelift) are revised with the use of flat, single-piece handlebar for an upright riding position. The front fender gets a black colour while the dual tone finish is visible on the fuel tank. The top-centre and the shrouds get blue paint while sides get a black shade. A chrome Suzuki logo is visible on the tank. The 155 cc model will miss the engine cowl while the 250 cc variant will receive the additional body panel.

The design following the fuel tank matches the Gixxer SF (155) and the naked roadster will use split seats, two-piece pillion grab rail, twin-pod exhaust with chrome tips and chrome heat shield. The rear section, too, will be identical to the full-faired motorcycle and the Gixxer 155 (Facelift) will use a LED tail light. Hardware specifications will include telescopic, coil spring, oil damped forks at the front and a monoshock suspension at the back. Braking department is handled by disc brakes on both wheels while the safety net, similar to the Gixxer SF, includes single-channel ABS.

Mechanical specifications of the 2019 Suzuki Gixxer 155 (facelift) will also be similar to the Gixxer SF and the naked roadster will use 154.9 cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder, SOHC, 2-valve engine with fuel injection technology. The motor will employ a five-speed transmission and deliver 14.1 PS of power at 8,000 rpm and 14 Nm of maximum torque at 6,000 engine revs.

The full-faired model tips the weighing scale at 146 kg (kerb). With the absence of a fairing, the naked roadster should carry a relatively lower weight. Apart from the weight, the Gixxer 155 (Facelift) is also expected to arrive at a lower price tag than the Gixxer SF. The full-faired Gixxer motorcycle was launched in India at INR 1,09,870 (ex-showroom Delhi).
