Toyota Avanza 2019
has returned to Vietnam, showing that when this new model is launched, domestic
consumers are not far away. According to some sources, the Toyota Avanza 2019
will be delivered to customers right in July. Before coming back to Vietnam,
the Avanza 2019 was introduced by Japanese carmakers in Indonesia and Malaysia.
The images that are
supposed to capture the Toyota Avanza 2019 at the dealership show that the new
generation of this MPV is slightly upgraded in design. From the beginning, the
new Avanza is more sporty and more personal when it comes to owning a large
grille with horizontal bars, the headlights are divided into two parts and
connected to the grille. The sports front bumper incorporates angled fog lamp
niches.
At the rear, the
rear end also has many improvements, first with the rear taillight cluster with
a turn indicator light, brake lights and taillights connected by silver chrome
bars. The rear bumper also features a protruding, square-shaped design that is
similar to the front bumper and incorporates a circular reflector cluster.
With the interior
compartment, the noticeable enhancements located in the knob of the
air-conditioning system are replaced by buttons, the upgraded sound system from
4 speakers to 6 speakers, the dial display dial is visible. Changing from
orange to green is easier to read. Other equipment such as 3-spoke steering
wheel, integrated multi-function control buttons, 7-inch screen for
infotainment system, Bluetooth / USB connection, remains the same from the old generation.
In some countries
in the region, the Avanza 2019 has no change in engines. The car still offers 2
options of 1.3 and 1.5L gasoline engines for 94 horsepower, torque of 120 Nm
and 102 horsepower, torque of 136 Nm with 5-speed manual gearbox or 4-speed
automatic transmission. Therefore, most likely, Avanza 2019 for Vietnam will
also have the same specifications.
Toyota Vietnam is
currently distributing Avanza with 2 versions of 1.3MT and 1.5AT with VND 537 and
593 million respectively. The cheap MPV segment in Vietnam has recently
been quite exciting after the launch of newcomer Suzuki Ertiga and the upcoming
Toyota Avanza 2019. Consumers will have more choices when targeting family
models or for business.
