The configurator
for the 2020 GMC Sierra HD is now live, giving you the chance to build your
very own version of the new heavy duty pickup. Unfortunately, General Motors
has only included the well-equipped 2020 GMC Sierra HD AT4 and Denali trims in
this early version of the online build tool, with less expensive, mainstream
versions to be added a later date, most likely.
As we reported
previously, the 2020 GMC Sierra HD 2500 AT4 will start at US$ 57,700, while the
3500 HD AT4 is slightly more expensive, starting from US$ 58,900. The Sierra HD
2500 Denali starts at US$ 63,700, while the 3500 HD Denali is US$64,900
out-the-gate.
Notable packages
offered on the AT4 trims include the US$ 3,465 AT4 Premium Package, which adds
navigation, a power sliding rear window, wireless phone charging and 20-inch
alloy wheels, and the US$ 2,125 Technology Package, which brings a rear camera
mirror, an eight-inch digital dash display, a head-up display and a bed camera.
Other options packs include the Gooseneck Fifth-Wheel Package, Driver Alert
Package, Snow Plow Prep Package, Cargo Convenience Package and Heavy Duty Front
Sprint Package.
As for the Denali,
its major options packs include the US$ 2,370 Denali Ultimate Package, which comes
with a power sunroof, rear camera mirror, head-up display and bed-view camera,
and a US$ 2,370 Technology Package, which adds a digital driver’s display, HD
surround vision, a rear camera mirror, bed view camera and a head-up display.
The Gooseneck Fifth-Wheel Package, Snow Plow Prep Package, Cargo Convenience
Package Heavy Duty Front Spring Package can also be ordered on the Denali.
