Tuner AC Schnitzer will showcase two premieres at this year’s Goodwood Festival of Speed event, both aimed at the BMW 8-Series Coupe. The first is a brand new homologated carbon fiber rear spoiler for improved downforce, while the second is the stainless steel sports silencer with four carbon tailpipes. Both products complement a wide range of AC Schnitzer updates for the G14/G15 8-Series Coupe.

Before we get into all of that, let’s talk about power outputs, because the German tuner isn’t just going to send your 840d or M850i out into the world the same way it came in. For the diesel-powered 840d model, power is increased from 320 PS to 380 PS, whereas the M850i’s 530 PS output is pushed all the way to 620 PS.

Other mods include a custom spring kit that lowers the car by approximately 20 mm, custom wheels measuring 20-inches in diameter (either AC1 or AC3 models), plus the following aero elements: carbon front spoiler elements, front splitter (homologated and racing), carbon side wings, hood vents with carbon inserts, side skirts, rear diffuser, rear spoiler and even a more extreme carbon ‘Racing’ rear wing, to be used for racing purposes.

You also get interior mods, such as the tuner’s aluminum pedals, footrest and key holder, for a more personalized and sporty ambiance. Last but not least is the exhaust system, which you can get with two flaps and two carbon ‘Sport’ tail pipes per each side.
