The engineer team over at Auto-Dynamics.pl has come up with an extensive performance upgrade for the Mercedes-AMG CLA 45 (C117). In its stock form, the 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine of the car outputs 381 hp along with 475 Nm of torque. Once upgraded, it ascends to 535 hp and 640 Nm.

As you probably realize, it is no mere chip tuning we are talking about here. In fact, the build draws upon numerous third-party components, including the high-end TTE550+ turbocharger off The Turbo Engineers shelf, a Wagner Tuning intercooler and water cooling circuit, an AMS Alpha carbon-fiber air intake system, a Weistec blow-off valve and a Remus cat-back exhaust system.

Auto-Dynamics’ own contribution comes in the form of a custom ECU tune. This in no means reduces the value of the project, since selecting just the right components and making them work together takes quite an effort, even if you don’t design said components yourself.

The show car boasts BBS CI-R 19” forged rims with a Satin Black finish, Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires, Bilstein B16 PSS10 coilovers partnered with Eibach stabilizers, and reworked, heavy-duty brakes.
