The new 2020 Benelli TNT 600i has been revealed through leaked images. The leaked photographs reveal finer styling details about the upcoming motorcycle. The 2020 Benelli TNT600 has a leaner, sharper styling. The revised front-end has an aggressive look with the new LED headlight setup. The dual-tone finish to the mask matches the theme of the motorcycle. The front blinkers are integrated into the tank shrouds. The instrument console packs a TFT display. However, the design of the screen is different from the unit that was seen in the spy shots. The 2020 TNT 600i may be available Bluetooth connectivity optionally. The old model, for reference, uses a semi-digital instrument console.

The dual-tone theme continues to the fuel tank. The sharp tank extensions bring the styling closer to modern-day naked roadsters. The tail section drops the under-seat exhaust and the conventionally positioned number plate holder. The rear-end has a minimalistic look, and the number plate at the back and the rear blinkers now sit on the tyre hugger. The exhaust, similar to the TNT 600GT, gets an underbelly position for a cleaner look from the sides. The leaked images show a split-style seat, while the spy shots had shown a single-piece seat.

The hardware specifications are similar to the current model, and the 2020 Benelli TNT 600i uses upside-down telescopic front forks and an asymmetrically mounted monoshock at the back. Anchoring hardware comprises twin discs at the front and a single disc at the back. The electronics package will not be as comprehensive as its rival motorcycles like the KTM 790 Duke, Triumph Street Triple or the Ducati Monster range. The rider aids will be limited to dual-channel ABS.

The Benelli TNT600 will continue to use an inline four-cylinder engine, although the displacement could be slightly different in the Euro-V/BS-VI form. Currently, it uses a 600 cc inline four-cylinder, liquid-cooled, 16 valves, DOHC, fuel-injected engine that makes 85 PS at 11,500 rpm and 54.6 Nm at 10,500 rpm.

The 2020 Benelli TNT 600i is likely to debut at 2019 EICMA motorcycle show in Milan. Benelli has aggressive plans for its second innings in the Indian market and should launch the 2020 TNT 600i in 2020. Vikas Jhabakh, Benelli India’s Managing Director, confirmed in a recent interview that the TNT 600i has been a crown jewel of the company’s portfolio and the motorcycle will be continued post the BS-VI upgrade.
