In the off-chance
that you think white is the new black when it comes to luxury cars, then you
might want to feast your eyes on this Audi A7 Sportback. Glacier White Metallic
is a US$ 595 option in the U.S. and gives you a little bit more of a shine
compared to something like Ibis White, which is a standard color. As for
pricing, a 55 TFSI quattro version like the one pictured here will set you back
at least US$ 68,000.
This particular
example was recently on display at the Audi Forum in Neckarsulm and appears to
be a rather high-spec version judging by its HD Matrix LED headlights with
dynamic DRLs and the LED taillights.
Powering the 55
TFSI quattro is a 3.0-liter turbocharged V6 producing 335 HP and 500 Nm of torque. With the help of a seven-speed S-tronic gearbox and
standard all-wheel drive, it can accelerate from zero to 96 km/h in
just 5.2 seconds (0-100 km/h in 5.3 sec) and max out at 250 km/h.
Now, if you’re not
a fan of the A7 and would like something a little more conventional for this
segment (meaning a typical 4-door body style), your main alternative would be
the Mercedes-Benz CLS, which in the U.S. retails from US$ 69,200, but without a
standard four-wheel drive system.
