UK customers can begin placing orders for Peugeot’s all-new 208 range effective immediately, with first deliveries scheduled to take place early next year. The all-new Peugeot 208 can be ordered in either Active, Allure or GT Line trims, while the e-208 comes in Active, Allure, GT Line and GT specs. Pricing for the 208 and e-208 starts from £ 16,250 (US$ 19,877) and £ 25,050 (US$ 30,642) respectively, with the latter also claiming a £ 3,500 (US$ 4,280) Government PHEV Grant.

Speaking of electrified variants, the Peugeot e-208 is built on the automaker’s e-CMP modular platform and is capable of supporting 100 kW rapid charging, with an 80% charge available within 30 minutes. If you opt instead of a 7 kWh Wallbox charger, you’ll need eight hours to get a full charge.

As for performance, the e-208 can accelerate to 100 km/h in 8.1 seconds, with the help of 134 HP and 260 Nm of torque, courtesy of a 100 kW electric motor and 50 kW battery. Its zero-emissions range is rated at 339 km.
