Good news for all Lambo Urus owners out there: DMC
has released a Stage 1 tuning kit for the ultra-deluxe SUV. The main emphasis
is on eye candy, but the engine gets its share of attention as well.
Note that, while the kit should be already available
to order, the tuner still demonstrates it using 3D renderings of a yellow Urus.
The kit notably includes an ultra-lightweight hood
cover with prominent air intakes, excellent wheel arch extenders that really
feel like something the car shipped with, and a small rear spoiler. All of the
above cab be obtained either in a ‘visual carbon’ look or painted to match the
body.
The Italian off-roader also rides on humongous
24-inch wheels (10×24 front / 12,5×24 rear) that are reportedly still
considered lightweight and boasts lowered suspension. The cabin shots are
missing, but we know DMC will do almost anything there for the right price.
Last but hardly least, the DMC-X Urus Stage 1 kit
persuades the engine to start churning out 800 hp and 914 Nm of torque. This means an improvement of 160 hp and 64 Nm over the factory performance. Once upgraded, the Lamborghini Urus dashes
0-100 km/h in trifling 3.3 seconds.
