Ford has announced pricing for the all-new Puma in several European markets, including the UK where the subcompact crossover starts at £ 20,845 (US$ 25,600). That makes it £ 2,995 more expensive than the base EcoSport Zetec.

The price corresponds to the entry-level Ford Puma Titanium which offers a more than decent standard spec. It includes 17-inch alloys, Ford MegaBox extended boot space, heated windscreen, cruise control, lane keeping aid, lane departure warning, rear parking sensors Ford Sync 3 navigation with an 8-inch touchscreen compatible with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, wireless charging, driver and passenger lumbar massage seats, and more.

If you want to be among the first to get a brand new Puma, you’ll need to opt for a high-spec First Edition model. That’s because the first models to arrive in UK dealerships from January will be the Puma First Editions.

The most affordable of the lot is the Puma Titanium First Edition, available from £ 22,295 (US$ 27,420). Upgrades over the regular Titanium model include Intelligent Adaptive Cruise Control, Rear View Camera, Heated Seats and Heated Steering Wheel. Power comes from a 1.0-liter EcoBoost 48-volt mild-hybrid powertrain rated at 125 PS.

Puma First Edition models are also available in ST-Line X trim which adds sporty exterior and interior design cues, sports suspension, alloy pedals, fully digital instrument cluster and LED headlamps. The Puma ST-Line X First Edition also includes Handsfree Power Tailgate, 18-inch alloy wheels and 10-speaker B&O Premium Audio.

The model is available with the 1.0-liter EcoBoost mild-hybrid powertrain with either 125 PS or 155 PS. The former costs £ 25,195 (US$ 30,980) while the latter retails for £ 25,945 (US$ 31,900). Finally, the Puma ST-Line X First Edition Plus is available exclusively with the 153 hp engine and adds a panorama roof and 19-inch alloy wheels for £ 27,345 (US$ 33,630).

The regular Ford Puma lineup consisting of the Titanium (£ 20,845), ST-Line (£ 21,795), and ST-Line X (£ 22,895) will become available to order early next year in the UK. In Germany, the base Ford Puma Titanium is priced from € 23,150 (US$ 25,210).
