Guoji Zhijun Auto officially announced pre-sale of
the brand’s three new EV, ZEDRIV GX5, GC1, and GC2 simultaneously. Among them,
GX5 launched a total of three models, pre-sale price range of 125,800 -149,800
yuan (US$ 17,779 – US$ 21,171); GC1 launched a total of three models, pre-sale
price range of 78,800 -93,800 yuan (US$ 11,137 – US$ 13,257); GC2 launched a
total of five models, pre-sale price range is 74,800-90,800 yuan (US$ 10,571 –
US$ 12,833).
As a Chinese EV-maker new force, Guoji Zhijun Auto
entered the new energy automobile industry in China in 2017. In just two and a
half years, it completed the establishment of a professional team of 1,000
people, the layout of the “three countries and five places” research and
development system, and the synchronization development of the five platforms,
annual production of 100,000 electric vehicle mass production base, showing
strong manufacturing strength.
ZEDRIV GX5 is positioned as A-class pure electric
SUV, based on the development of ZEP electric car exclusive platform, using the
“speed flow aesthetics” design concept, the shape is round, full with visual
tension. The length, width and height of the body are 4150 mm, 1800 mm, 1611 mm,
and the wheelbase is up to 2650 mm.
In terms of power, the GX5 is equipped with a
permanent magnet synchronous motor and a ternary lithium battery with capacity
of 46.4 kW·h. The NEDC range is 338 km, maximum cruising range of 430 km, and top
speed of 140 km/h, 0-50 km/h acceleration time is 3.9 seconds. In the fast charge
mode, the battery can be charged from 30% to 80% in 45 minutes, the battery can
be fully charged in 7.5 hours in slow charging mode.
ZEDRIV GC1 is a A0-class pure electric hatchback,
features the family design language, the curved streamline shape is simple and
fashionable. The body size is 3710 mm / 1670 mm / 1535 mm. It also features RAS
chassis structure with wheelbase of 2500 mm.
GC1 adopts the power combination of permanent magnet
synchronous motor and ternary lithium battery, the battery capacity is
36.2kW.h, the NEDC cruising range is 338 km. In the fast charge mode, it takes
only 30 minutes to charge the battery from 30% to 80%, battery can be fully
charged in the slow charge mode for 12 hours.
As an A00-class pure electric hatchback, the GC2
looks smart and cute, the colorful two-tone body is full of youthful vitality.
With a ternary lithium battery capacity of 36.2 kW·h, the GC2 has a NEDC
cruising range of 368 km. In the fast charge mode, the battery can be charged
from 30% to 80% in 30 minutes, and the battery can be fully charged in 12 hours
in slow charging mode.
Body size of GC2 is 3310 mm/1670 mm/1535 mm, and the
wheelbase is 2100 mm. The RAS chassis structure creates a wide driving space and
truly achieves small size and large capacity. It is worth mentioning that the
GC2 offers 2-seat or 4-seat layout. It is reported that ZEDRIV GX5,
GC1, GC2 will be officially listed in the fourth quarter of this year.
