Mahindra has launched Bolero Power+ Special Edition at INR 9.08 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). At this price, this limited-run model is almost INR 20,000 costlier in comparison to the top-spec Bolero ZLX variant.

The new Mahindra Bolero Power+ Special Edition model comes with a slew of visual updates along with a host of new safety features. Also, it goes without saying that this model is also compliant to the BNVSAP crash test norms which came into effect on 1 October 2019. Mahindra has improved the structural integrity of the SUV without altering the exterior design.

As for the exteriors, the Mahindra Bolero Power+ Special Edition comes with new stylish decals, front and rear scuff plates, fog lamps and a rear spoiler with a stoplight. The SUV also gets sporty alloy wheels which make it look more intriguing. On the inside, it gets special edition seats, carpet mats and steering wheel cover.

This limited-run Mahindra Bolero Power+ still makes use of a BS-IV compliant 1.5-litre, three-cylinder, turbo-diesel engine which delivers 71 PS of maximum power and 195 Nm of peak torque. Along with the certification for cleaner emissions, the SUV also gained newer safety features such as airbag, speed alert system, driver and co-driver seat belt reminder, manual override for the central locking system and reverse parking sensors in order to pass the current crash and safety norms. ABS was added to the package in the first week of July this year.
