Roush Performance has teased the latest Ford Mustang it will unveil at next month’s SEMA Show in Las Vegas. Dubbed the Jack Roush Edition, the Mustang in question will be the most powerful pony car Roush ever built. Production of the car will also be capped to just 60 hand-built examples in the United States.

The most powerful ‘Stang previously cooked up by Roush was its Stage 3 supercharged model that pumps out 710 HP. With confirmation that the Jack Roush Edition will have even more grunt, there’s a chance it may even out-muscle the 760 HP Shelby GT500. The teasers offer no hint as to what it will look like, although we suspect it will feature overhauled front and rear fascias. A spoiler is also visible at the rear and Roush says it is made from carbon fiber.

Additionally, the car will come as standard with MagneRide suspension, custom Roush forged wheels, and a series of other modifications to differentiate it from all other Mustangs to have come out of Roush’s workshop. Will it be able to give the Mustang Shelby GT500 a run for its money? We’ll see…

Roush will unveil the car on November 5, 2019 at 3 p.m. in Las Vegas with everything being streamed online. Those intrigued by the prospect of a Roush Mustang with over 710 HP should probably get their checkbooks ready, as we presume all 60 examples could sell out rather quickly following the car’s premiere.
