CFMoto has unveiled a brand-new motorcycle at EICMA 2019, the CFMoto 700 CL-X. The bike will be available in three variants, CL-X Sport, CL-X Adventure and CL-X Heritage. Staying true to the patent images leaked in June earlier this year, the CFMoto 700 CL-X is a neo-retro café-racer and scrambler.

All three variants will be shod with a circular headlamp with an X-shaped LED daytime running light. The bike gets a brand new 692.2 cc parallel-twin, liquid-cooled mill possibly tracing its origins to the KTM 790 Duke. Coupled to a 6-speed gearbox, the engine produces 75 PS of power and 66.6 Nm of torque. Besides that, the engine boasts of a forged piston, split-type connection rod, electronic throttle and sliding clutch.

The CFMoto 700 CL-X Sport gets a tapered fairing and stripped back detailing with lower set clip-on and Pirelli Diablo Rosso Supercorsa tyres at both ends. The Heritage variant gets a tanned leather seat positioned for a comfortable ride along with wide handlebars. The bike also gets a dual-tone paint job, road-biased tyres and alloy wheels. The CFMoto 700 CX-L Adventure, on the other hand, gets spoked wheels, knobby tyres as well as a raised handlebar. The Adventure and Heritage variants get golden coloured upside-down fork, while the Sport variant gets a blackened look.

Anchors include discs at both ends, assisted by the safety net of a dual-channel ABS. All three variants get an LCD instrumentation console with Bluetooth connectivity. Also, on offer as a standard feature will be cruise control. In India, CFMoto made its entry with the 300NK, 600NK, 600GT and 600 MT with AMW Motorcycles. It has confirmed that the CFMoto 700 CL-X will be launched in India by December 2020.
