With money being the least of his
concerns, a Swedish entrepreneur turned to the Rolls-Royce Bespoke Collective
team to personalize the interior of his Phantom.
The starlight headliner, door panels
and dashboard have a unique flower motif. The floral scene was chosen as his
wife and two of four children are named after flowers, and was created using
ONE million (!) embroidered stitches. Serving as inspiration was the Rose
Garden at the Rolls-Royce headquarters in Goodwood, which is the only place in
the world where the ‘Phantom Rose’ is grown.
“The Rose Phantom is a stunning iteration of a
contemporary Rolls-Royce. Our extraordinary craftspeople at the Home of
Rolls-Royce have achieved, with this car, something which can only be described
as sublime”, said CEO Torsten Muller Otvos.
“The work of our Bespoke Collective
is the best in the world. When I look at creations like this car, it is with a
sense of pride that I know that these skills could not be replicated anywhere
else in the world. This is undoubtedly one of the greatest Rolls-Royce Phantoms
of its generation.”
In addition to the floral design, this
Phantom has Adonis Blue butterflies as well. The missus designed the umbrellas,
whereas one of the kids was responsible for choosing the paint finish.
Furthermore, the rear soft calf rest cushion sports the inverted color of the
exterior, which is Peacock Blue, punctuated with a Charles Blue
twinned-coachline that intertwines like the stem of a rose. Echoing the overall
design are the wheels, which feature a twinned pinstripe in Charles Blue.
