German motorhome manufacturer Knaus has
unveiled the 2020 Boxstar 600 XL Street and Lifestyle, a duo of campervans
built upon the Fiat Ducato chassis and mostly identical except for small
details. Buying a fully-blown campervan is infamously expensive, so Knaus
suggests renting it instead.
There is a spacious
bedroom for four on the improvised second floor of the van, a shower cabin, a
WC, a kitchenette, a sitting room for four, and about 600 kilograms of carrying capacity with all the occupants already inside the van.
Further features of the Knaus Boxstar 600
XL Street and Lifestyle include a TV set that you can easily slide up and down
between the sitting room and the bedroom, a fridge 70 or 90 liters large, a gas
oven, and a gas-based central heating system.
