The 2020 Kawasaki Ninja 125 has been
officially unveiled in the United Kingdom. The brand has not yet revealed the
pricing details for the MY2020 variant, though one can expect it to get a
slight increase in comparison to the MY2019 version which is priced at £ 3799.
In terms of looks, there are no major
changes and the 2020 model of the Ninja 125 continues to feature a single front
headlight that is completely inspired by the quarter-litre Kawasaki SL range.
Even the exhaust design is similar to the muffler seen on Ninja 250 SL. Apart
from that, the design lines and sticker pattern is highly inspired by the
bigger Ninja models.
The MY2020 Ninja 125 will be available in
three colour schemes – Lime Green/Ebony (KRT Edition), Metallic Flat Stardust
White/Metallic Flat Spark Black, and Metallic Spark Black/Metallic Flat Spark
Black. The 11-litre fuel tank is good enough to provide a respectable range for
a bike with a 125cc single-cylinder engine. Kawasaki Ninja 125 measures 1935mm
in length, 685mm in width and 1075mm in height. The wheelbase measures 1330mm
while the ground clearance stands at 170mm.
The 125cc engine is liquid-cooled and
fuel-injected, producing a maximum power of 15HP @ 10,000 rpm and a peak torque
of 11.7 Nm @ 7,700 rpm. The engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox. The 2020
Kawasaki Ninja 125 is equipped with conventional front telescopic suspension
measuring 37mm and the sportbike also features a clip-on handlebar for improved
control over closed circuits or track-specific events. You can click here for
