The Jetta VA3 can be regarded as the
successor of the outgoing FAW-Volkswagen Jetta model, the new car is still
produced by the FAW-Volkswagen Chengdu branch, so the overall design of the
outgoing Jetta has been continued, but the front and rear lights and grille
have been redesigned. In terms of size, the length, width and height of the new
car are 4501×1704×1469 mm and the wheelbase is 2604 mm.
In the interior, the new car adds an 8-inch
color touch control screen, and integrates Bluetooth, voice recognition,
CarPlay, CarLife, WeLink and other functions. In addition, Jetta VA3 will be
equipped with automatic air conditioning, induction wiper, headlights follow me
home, rear center armrests, front seat heating, ESP, tire pressure monitoring,
cruise control, rear parking radar and more.
In terms of power, Jetta VA3 will be
powered by a 1.5-liter naturally aspirated engine with a maximum power of 112
ps and peak torque of 145 Nm. In terms of transmission, it matches the Aisin
AQ160 six-speed automatic or the 5-speed manual gearbox.
