The teaser campaign for the limited edition
Rolls-Royce Dawn Silver Bullet is over with the release of these very first
official images. They show the Dawn Silver Bullet on the open road near the
shores of Lake Garda, in Italy. This is the first client commissioned
Collection Car to roll off the production line in Goodwood, West Sussex, and
there will only be 50 of them in total, making this beautiful drophead even
more exclusive.
Photographed under the Italian sun, the
Dawn Silver Bullet showcases its ultra-metallic Brewster Silver paint, which
according to Rolls-Royce is “a nod to the epic trials cars of the past,” like
the Silver Dawn, Silver King, Silver Silence and Silver Spectre.
It also comes equipped with the carmaker’s
rakish Aero Cowling with vapour-based titanium finisher, basically transforming
the four-seater into a two-seat roadster. The cowling leads to the Dawn having
a higher-shouldered silhouette, which in turn makes it look more dynamic. The form
of the cowls meanwhile is precisely sculpted to funnel air over the cabin and
enhance driver comfort.
Other details include the so-called
“sinister” exterior treatment courtesy of the dark detailing, dark headlights
and a new dark front bumper finisher. The wheels meanwhile feature a
part-polished look with a translucent shadow finish and a single silver pinstripe.
