Lamborghini has added another exotic model
to its Museo Delle Tecnologie (MUDETEC) museum in Sant’Agata Bolognese, Italy:
the Lambo V12 GT Vision Gran Turismo. The supercar was unveiled in 2019,
coinciding with the world finals of the FIA Certified Gran Turismo
Championships in Monte Carlo.
The concept is the work of Lamborghini’s
Centro Stile and can be experienced at full force virtually, in the Gran
Turismo Sport game that runs on PlayStation 4. Despite the futuristic design,
it still evokes Lambo’s DNA and looks pretty much like a fighter jet for the
road, with bulging fenders covering the big wheels, a V-shaped front end and a
huge rear wing.
Open the canopy and you will find a
driver-oriented cockpit with a single seat, a racing multi-function steering
wheel and all the information projected onto the windscreen. The Lambo V12 GT
Vision Gran Turismo packs the same powertrain as the Sian FKP 37, namely a
6.5-liter naturally aspirated V12 engine combined with a mild-hybrid system. In
total, it boasts a total system output of 808 horsepower,
which rockets the Sian to 100 km/h in less than 2.8 seconds and up to
a top speed in excess of 350 km/h.
