The 2021 Genesis GV80 has just arrived in Australia, a couple of months after the first pricing details and specifications were announced. The South Korean car manufacturer has also released a comprehensive gallery of the GV80 in Australian specification. Local buyers will have a host of GV80 variants to choose from. Sitting at the base of the range is the GV80 2.5T model that features a 2.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine producing 300 hp and 422 Nm of torque. As standard, this engine is coupled to a rear-wheel drive system and an eight-speed automatic transmission and is priced from AU$ 90,600 (US$ 63,826), while customers can pay an extra AU$ 5000 (US$ 3,522) for all-wheel drive.

Next in the line-up is a 3.0-liter straight-six turbodiesel delivering 273 hp and 588 Nm. It comes standard with all-wheel drive and an eight-speed automatic and is also equipped with a limited-slip differential. Pricing starts at AU$ 103,600 (US$ 72,984).

The most powerful engine on offer will be the new 3.5-liter twin-turbocharged V6 rated at 375 hp and 530 Nm. Like the diesel, it too comes with an eight-speed automatic, all-wheel drive and a limited-slip differential. It is available from AU$ 108,600 (US$ 76,507).

All variants can be equipped with a Luxury Package for AU$ 10,000 (US$ 7,044) and matte paint for AU$ 2,000 (US$ 1,408). Like other Genesis, Hyundai and Kia models, the 2021 GV80 includes a chassis tuned specifically for Australia to ensure the optimal ride for local roads.
