Lincoln has just tied its Black Label name to a new special edition package, making it available for the 2021 Navigator starting next spring. Building on the success of the Reserve Monochromatic Package, it adds a black mesh grille, black painted roof, black side mirror casings and spoiler, and 22-inch black aluminum wheels, with a 12-spoke pattern.
Speaking of colors, the new Black Label
Edition Package is only available in combination with certain shades, such as
Chroma Crystal Blue, Pristine White, Silver Radiance, Burgundy Velvet, Chroma
Molten Gold and Flight Blue, which is Lincoln’s signature color and is new to
the 2021 Navigator lineup.
The 2021 Navigator is offered in five trim
levels: Standard, Reserve, Reserve L, Black Label and Black Label L. Pricing
remains unchanged over the previous model year, as the base spec still starts
at US$ 76,185. One of its biggest rivals, the 2021 Cadillac Escalade, can be had
from US$ 76,195. Nonehteless, if you want the range-topping variant, you will have
to fork out at least US$ 95,395.
Power still comes from a twin-turbocharged
3.5-liter V6, with a 10-speed automatic transmission and standard 4×2 or
optional 4×4 drive. The engine develops 450 HP at 5,500 rpm and 691
Nm of torque at 3,000 rpm.
