Electric car manufacturers rarely spend time to design exterior embellishments that may hurt aerodynamic performance without adding anything meaningful, but tuner Avante Design found the Porsche Taycan in need of a stylistic overhaul.

The racetrack-only Porsche 911 GT3 RS served as the main source of inspiration. Included in the kit are a new front bumper with enlarged, motorsports-like air intakes, flared fenders, a ventilated hood, and a rear diffuser. The latter part strays a bit from the GT3 RS style due to the missing exhaust tips. For rear wing, customers may choose either a fixed wing or a laconic lip spoiler. Lowered suspension rounds things off with flair.

On the one hand, the additions look rather appealing and a good fit for the Taycan. On the other hand, an opinion also exists that they might visually age the otherwise minimalistic and self-sufficient sports coupe.
