The TFLnow channel on YouTube has posted a video featuring what looks like the high-end Raptor version of the Ford Bronco, and it seems like the development is in full swing.

A single glimpse is enough to see that the car is outfitted for no-nonsense off-road use – note especially the robust suspension and flared fenders. As intrigued as we are to learn more about the powertrain, there has been no official information regarding it so far. It could be assumed that a 3.5-liter EcoBoost V6 toils under the hood, producing 455 PS and 691 Nm of torque. This is what the mill is capable of in the latest F-150 Raptor, at any rate.

It would make sense for the Bronco Raptor to debut more or less simultaneously with the Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 392, which packs a 6.4-liter V8 good for 475 PS and 637 Nm. Having said that, both could end up delayed due to the ongoing semiconductor shortage.
