You have probably heard by now that semiconductor vendor Foxconn unveiled three in-house-designed EVs earlier this week. Apparently, famous coachbuilder company Pininfarina helped design one of them – the Model E Foxtron. Here’s a video with a brief overview of it.
According to Pininfarina, the Foxtron has
760 PS at its disposal and can zap 0-100 km/h in
2.8 seconds. It has 750 kilometers of battery range when fully
charged.
Whenever a person approaches the car, it
launches a face recognition system to recognize and greet the driver. Inside,
there is a digital gauge cluster, a multimedia touchscreen and an extra display
to the left-hand side of the driver, which acts as a side view mirror.
Sales start remains tentatively scheduled
for 2023.
