Few will deny that the new Lexus LX 600 is an impressive SUV that makes a big statement. Soon, owners looking to make a grandiose statement will be able to do so thanks to a carbon fiber bodykit developed by Liberty Walk. The tuning package has been previewed ahead of its debut at the upcoming Tokyo Auto Salon. It is restrained as far as kits from Liberty Walk come but still adds to the over-the-top nature of the SUV with just a few pieces.
Immediately catching the eye is the carbon
fiber hood that retains the same basic shape as the hood of any regular LX 600
but adds air extraction vents on both sides. The Japanese tuner has then
crafted a set of carbon fiber wheel arch extensions for the luxurious SUV.
Rounding out the modifications are a set of massive AME Wheels finished in
gloss black and wrapped in Yokohama tires.
It is not yet clear how much Liberty Walk
will charge for these upgrades but we expect to learn more at the Tokyo Auto
Salon. This Lexus LX 600 will not be the most striking car unveiled by Liberty
Walk at the Tokyo Auto Salon. Just a few days ago, the tuner teased a Ferrari
F40 that it has heavily upgraded with overhauled front and rear bumpers,
aftermarket wheels, and a towering wing. It is shaping up to be one of its most
audacious projects to date and likely cost it a small fortune to pull off.
