The Splach Titan e-scooter has been launched via an Indiegogo campaign. The new electric scooter comes with a dual electric motor setup that delivers a combined power of 2,600W. The crowdfunding campaign kicked off in November and the Titan joins other Splach products like the Turbo and Transformer.
The Titan packs power and performance to
the table. It is a stand-up kick-scooter that Splach is comparing with an SUV.
It says the Titan is the SUV of the e-scooter world as it offers balance,
comfort, and speed even in off-road situations. The 2,600W maximum power output
is thanks to two 1,000W electric motors. The Titan has a top speed of 58 km/h and can go from 0 to 48 km/h in 3.9 seconds.
The Titan has 12-speed modes and three
gear modes that can be accessed from the LCD on the handlebar. The multiple
speed/ gear modes offer tractability to the scooter even in congested areas.
The Titan has a 20.8Ah battery that delivers up to 71 km on a full
charge. The Titan has aviation-grade aluminum, front and rear disc brakes, and
E-ABS. The E-ABS can be activated with a button on the handlebar. The scooter
weighs 29kg and has a payload capacity of 100kg.
The scooter has a full suspension system
and it is fitted with 9-inch all-terrain tires. It has an impressive ground
clearance and can seamlessly power through difficult terrain. There are several
LED lights for properly illuminating the e-scooter at the night. There are also
LED lights on the sides of the scooter and these can be color-customized via
its companion app. The Titan also comes with the optional Airlock keyless
system, smart cruise control, and an AirTag holder.
The price of the Titan on Indiegogo is US$ 1,149 and deliveries will kick in before the end of December 20.
