The production of a new car named the Wallys 719 has started in Tunis, with the manufacturer saying it will be exporting it to other countries as well. The model is essentially a rebadged Runna Plus by Iran-based carmaker IKCO, which in turn was a continuation of the Peugeot 208 made in France back in the 1990s (remember that ad with the elephant?). If you look closely, you will see that the radiator grille and the badges are pretty much the only differences between the Runna Plus and the Wallys 719.

Powering the car is a naturally aspirated four-cylinder engine with 1.6 liters of displacement and 115 PS. The transmission is manual without any other options.

In its most basic spec, the car ships with multiple airbags, power adjustments, ABS, AC and audio. Prices start from 47,140 Tunisian dinar.
