The patent office of China has shared some shots of the upcoming Haval Dargo Hunting Edition, which the carmaker will be positioning as a more capable and powerful alternative to the standard SUV. The production is set to begin in Q3 2023.
The main patent image submitted depicts
the standard Dargo model (watch the video for a closer look), but the patent
application also contains other photos showing the new exterior in detail. There
is a new radiator grille with a modified logo, a revamped front bumper with a
trim piece imitating a skid plate, and a light bar connecting the taillights.
The standard Dargo/Big Dog model gets 192
PS out of its engine. The Hunting Edition has been patented
with a superior 2.0L turbo capable of 238 PS.
